This Friday marks my husband and I's ten year wedding anniversary. I loved my wedding, which was held at a historic presidio in Santa Barbara, with the reception at an adobe a short walk away. The planning, the details, and especially the wedding magazines were completely enjoyable to me, and there aren't that many things I would change, actually, but my budget necessitated many of our choices. I still kept my vision throughout by making thoughtful choices, tons of research and doing some of the details ourselves. However, time constraints (we were only engaged 3.5 months!) didn't give me the opportunity to buy a conventional wedding dress, as they take up to 6 months to order. So, I had this one made, from a local dress designer, and I didn't really love it like I wanted to. It was sweet, when I wanted to be more striking. The fabric I chose was a silk charmeuse, which the designer had a terrible time working with. Here's the dress:

So, tomorrow, my thoughts on the cake and color!
That is such a great photo of you and Seth. Happy Anniversary BTW. 10 years is something worth celebrating!
