I can't tell you how much I love this company. Ex Libris Anonymous is a company from Oregon that takes old books and repurposes them as journals, leaving some of the original pages leaved in with the blank journal pages. Every year, since I discovered him at Renegade Craft Fair, I search him out and buy up as many as I can, as I go through journals pretty fast. This year I trudged out in the rain; buying only from him. My favorites are the simple covers, with one or two vintage drawings, but he has a variety of covers from cookbooks to kid's classics. These journals represent exactly what i love about books and antiques and put them together in one beautiful package. See what I picked up last weekend, shot with my husband's favorite lamp: don quixote .
