There are two ways to order your Wedding Invitations with us: Completely Custom (Bespoke) and Semi Custom.
I have such appreciation for the process of creating bespoke invitations for our clients. I love pulling from your distinct styles, combining with my understated design sensibility, and then using the finest paper, printing methods, and delicate finishings for the complete look. Our bespoke invitation service allows your unique stories to be translated to your wedding paper. Each custom invitation starts with a creative consultation, where I learn about what is important to you, your unique style and how we can best translate into paper. This process can take anywhere from 6 months to over a year, depending on how early we are involved with the overall planning, and our average client has a budget of $5,000 and up for wedding paper.
This has been a development from listening to our clients - we didn't start the company this way, but learned that you wanted more customized and unique offerings. (In 2005, we offered only 5-10 designs which were predesigned, and couples emailed me to order and maybe they changed the font or the paper color to get a look that better represented them.)
But not everyone has such a large paper budget, but still wants a level of work that is high end with personalized service.
For this reason, I developed our Semi-Custom Collection. Featuring

But, I think the most exciting thing about it is the way your order your invitations. You get to be creative, and develop your own look with patterns that are pre-designed for you. You choose the font, the color, the paper, and printing method, right online, with live proofs as you go. So you can shop like you shop for everything else in your life, from the comfort of your own home, choosing the add ons that work for you and your budget.
But, you have questions! I understand this is new territory, and you've likely never done this before! So...each order includes an hour with me, via phone, skype, email, or if you're in the Chicago or DC area, in person, to spend however you need: answering paper questions, helping with invitation etiquette (do you have a sticky family situation that needs attention?), or discussing the best way to invite your out-of-towners to the welcome reception and brunch.
