Mary and Hugh
From Scotland to Dallas and back to Chicago… This creative couple knew a thing or two about design and how they wanted to tell their story, and it was truly an honor getting to bring their love of family, friends and culture into their letterpress invitation suite. We drew a garland to match the one Fleur was designing for their ceremony backdrop, designed custom calligraphy with Stacey to match their ideal script of whimsy meets formality, edge painted the invitations in the perfect dark periwinkle, and tied it all up with a strip of Hugh's family tartan. The hand made paper envelope liners were the last detail that set the tone for their garden wedding in a vintage loft that Jayne Weddings pulled together with grace and ease at Salvage One in Chicago.
