So sorry for the light posting this week- I wish I could find the time to post every day so that you could see what I'm up to. this week, we welcomed makenna, who will be interning with us. she was so helpful yesterday, helping me get this invitation suite finished for rachel and peter. I love this set. Grey and sage on Somerset (the absolute best for letterpress!) the sweetest custom monogram, and a fun play on words. Rachel really wanted a deckle edge, which is such a nice touch. Rohner Letterpress positioned the pieces on the print form so that both the program and bottom of the invite could have the deckle.
I use this silk ribbon for almost every project needing ribbon.
The groom had the great idea to customize each menu as a place card for the guests. so, the calligrapher will write the guest's names at the top of each.
And lastly, the escort card takes them to their table! I loved creating this with Rachel. She has great vision and appreciation for high end materials to create a lovely invitation suite.
