I thought I'd post about color today and next week. Often, my clients have a palette in mind already, based on their preferences or the season. But sometimes, they ask me for ideas and so many times, as we're sitting in my studio, surrounded by dozens of paper samples, ink swatches and magazine tears, palettes are created. I love this combination right now, inspired by sabrina and eli and their upcoming california wedding. adding a subtle gold to this moss and plum combo is so rich and it works for really any season, but it's a particulary sophisticated choice for a fall wedding.
Often, season changes inspire my choices. Now that summer is in full swing, i'm loving this bright palette of fuschia and melon. I would use crisp white or shots of lime as an accent here.
