Recently, Seth and I celebrated our ninth wedding anniversary. We decided to throw a party at Studio Annex, a great loft space in Chicago's River North neighborhood, and had a great time incorporating our monogram and grass design into the decor. I think monograms are the perfect way to weave an understated theme into your engagement party (or wedding, for that matter!). Have them printed on the invitations, custom screened onto the dishware and linens, coordinate the decor with the color palatte, and have your baker make you a spectacular cake! Just look at what the Cake Girls did for us! Thanks so much, Clint, for our pretty flowers, too!
