For this thanksgiving, get your guests involved and have them write what they are thankful for on a sheet of vellum to wrap around your favorite votive candles. Not only is it a simple, beautiful centerpiece, it's a wonderful way to document what this holiday is all about - giving thanks.
A few simple steps: 1. Use straight sided glass votives you already have or buy these from eco - conscience company, Nicolet (ours are recycled wine bottles!) 2. Cut vellum to size. We used silver, but think gold would be beautiful! 3. Roll blank vellum into a scroll, tie with ribbon and place on each plate for your guest 4. After they write their thanks, have each guest affix to votive with tape. 5. Light and enjoy Thanksgiving!
