The mini retreat was exactly what I needed. Good food, a raging bonfire, great company, and two solid days to working on the next phase of the business. There really were no distractions up there, so the beach became what we planned our day around. And, it was surprisingly amazing, for fall. I really hadn't expected that, but the weather was certainly warm enough to take long strolls, photograph the colors and patterns I saw, and languish in the sound of the waves hitting the shore. It seemed as if we knew a secret, as I only laid eyes on about five other people all weekend. Also, came to a realization: I need a marketing consultant to help put all the ideas I have in motion, so I'm on the lookout for a person with experience in the luxury retail market. I have a budget for a freelance consultant, someone who takes on more than one company at a time, and can meet with me once a month for strategic meetings, and help me write a plan for 2012. So, contact me if you think you can help!
